Health Information Specialist

Job Description

RemX Staffing is currently hiring for ONSITE Health Information Specialists.

Location: ONSITE Southfield, MI

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm EST

Pay rate: $15.50/hour

Temporary to Perm

Job Description:

Retrieves patient schedules from computer system; distributes lab reports to physicians, and materials to other departments; requests information from various departments; responds to correspondence requests. Reviews patient medical information for completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Job Requirements:

Must have Customer Service experience, Medical terminology, ROI, Microsoft Office and experience using multiple systems.
