management within the renewable energy sector, with extensive experience in large-scale wind or solar construction projects. The HSE Manager
will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

Position Overview: The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all
health, safety, and environmental policies and programs for our grid-scale wind or solar projects. This role requires an expert in HSE
management within the renewable energy sector, with extensive experience in large-scale wind or solar construction projects. The HSE Manager
will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities
- HSE Program Development: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE management systems and policies tailored to grid-scale wind or solar projects.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with local, state, and federal HSE regulations and industry standards.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Training and Education: Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture.
- Incident Management: Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Safety Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE policies and identify areas for improvement.
- Environmental Protection: Oversee environmental management practices to minimize the impact of construction activities on the environment.
- Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures, ensuring readiness for any potential incidents.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of HSE performance, incidents, inspections, and training activities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, regulatory agencies, and community representatives to address HSE concerns.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement in HSE practices and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HSE management, with a focus on grid-scale wind or solar projects.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices specific to the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HSE management systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HSE management software and tools.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or similar certification is a plus.
