This is a full-time on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Head Teller at Citibank. The Head Teller will oversee the daily operations of the teller line, supervise teller staff, and ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer transactions. They will also provide excellent customer service, handle complex transactions, and resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Prior experience in a similar role within the banking industry
