Job Description Summary
Provide executive and strategic leadership in developing and executing strategic business plans which support World Financial Group's (WFG) strategic growth and profitability initiatives. Lead the Strategic Planning Office team with respect to intake, prioritization, execution of strategic initiatives across World Financial Group through an end-to-end governance model and in partnership with the Enterprise Transformation Office. Provide subject matter expertise while shaping strategies and programs to deliver meaningful business results including successful outcomes with third-party relationships and an internal operating model that is scalable, new product and pricing capabilities consistent with the market, and delivers best in class customer service. This includes effective communication, and strong partnerships necessary to achieve the objectives of World Financial Group and Transamerica.

Job Description
Partner with the WFG leadership team to support the development and implementation of their business strategy, ensuring each strategy ties to the overall business strategy and enterprise objectives
Lead Strategic Planning Office / Project Management team responsible for the intake, prioritization, execution, production support, benefits realization, and effective communication of all initiatives
Partner with Information Technology and all business teams to establish and monitor demand/capacity models to ensure resource alignment to strategic priorities
Manage initiative portfolios across WFG to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and on/under budget
Establish and oversee governance framework ensuring successful partnership with key business teams and technology partner organizations including third parties
Establish policy, processes, and change solutions and the global deployment of tools and practices using a consistent approach
Drive culture change and adoption associated with new ways of working and delivery models
Establish strategic organizational goals, objectives, and operating procedures for third parties
Ensure the strategic plans and programs for WFG's current and future operating model are aligned with the short- and long-term growth strategy of the business and Transamerica’s overall strategic objectives
Ensure areas of responsibility are meeting all objectives pertaining to quality, compliance, regulations, productivity, and budget
Develop and facilitate the successful execution of multiple major strategic roadmaps across WFG as needed to support commercial momentum and future growth model
Advise executive leadership on strategies and risks and identifies process improvement and efficiency opportunities inherent in the operating model and third parties
Promote a diverse and inclusive team environment
Ensures that top talent is hired and retained
Provide coaching and development of talent within the organization
Build credible, value-added capabilities within Strategic Planning Office to execute the WFG strategy and overall objectives of Transamerica
Build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, organization design or related field, or equivalent experience
Ten years of program/project management leadership experience including areas of strategy, change management, and financial management
Broad experience in organizational transformation, process improvement, Six Sigma, or other leading philosophies in a matrixed environment
Ability to develop strategic program plans and leverage thought leadership
Expert understanding of change management, foundational philosophy, methodologies, processes and solutions
Experience in developing and executing an outsourcing model and establishing partnerships with third-party vendors
Experience leading a significant transformation effort and strategy in entrepreneurial, diverse, multi-cultural environments
Outstanding program management skills and established successful track record of program and project execution
Strong business leadership, technology acumen, and an ability to influence at all levels
High degree of independent leadership, critical thinking, communication, accountability, analytical and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while being flexible and able to handle rapidly changing scenarios
Outstanding presentation and language skills; senior-level group facilitation skills
Ability to manage virtually and across multiple global geographic locations

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $297,000-$325,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
