Job Description

Grant Cardone Enterprises is looking for a Head of Social Media who has a strong background in building brand awareness, driving engagement and generating revenue. Ideally, this person will be an outgoing individual who is proactive and excels at communication. The right candidate will be a quick thinker who can adapt to a fast-paced and always evolving environment. This ‘Superstar’ will be working in conjunction with the creative department consisting of graphic designers, video editors, media buyers, web developers, and our community management team.


This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm in Aventura, FL - No remote options


Responsibilities


  • Lead a comprehensive social media strategy to drive traffic, engagement, follower growth, and conversions across social and digital platforms from an organic perspective
  • Strategize and manage the implementation of an editorial calendar, workflow prioritization and opportunistic content across social channels
  • Lead and mentor a team to ensure a well-rounded and integrated content approach across both social and content development, as well as public relations initiatives
  • Review and approve content published on social media platforms including X, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, Truth, Rumble, Community App and LinkedIn
  • Head the look, feel and design of creative published on all company social media platforms in collaboration with creative team (video, graphics, copywriting)
  • Manage staff performance including establishing development goals, setting business objectives, establishing priorities, and providing ongoing performance feedback
  • Manage the selection, induction, development, retention, motivation and performance of direct reports
  • Work cross-functionally with the larger marketing team on sales and lead efforts to measure the impact of content throughout the marketing lifecycle
  • Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management
  • Share knowledge and best practices with community team to ensure continuous business improvement and alignment with brand/product guidelines
  • Follow social media trends, algorithm changes and keep up to date with the digital landscape
  • Capture and publish content during live events utilizing phone and professional camera equipment


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or relevant experience
  • 7+ years of social media management experience
  • Experience with Social Media Management Software such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, HubSpot, Planoly, etc.
  • Mid-level proficiency in Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Solid understanding of social media KPIs
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Ability to take criticism well and adapt accordingly
  • The ability to multi-task with efficiency, poise, and confidence in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidential client information will be handled and/or observed in this position.
  • Photography skills are a plus
  • Customer Service/Sales mentality
