Our recruiting firm is helping one of our PE-backed Enterprise Software clients hire a Head North American Sales. This client is in the AR/AP automation space and is a Gartner Magic Quadrant “Challenger”.
This role reports to the GM – Head of NA and our client is looking for a leader who has managed multiple teams to exceed quotas and grow revenues YoY.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Hiring, managing, evaluating, and developing sales team members while assuring that sales objectives are met
Facilitate communication within the sales team and to other parts of the company
Actively manage the sales process including sales activity, pipeline, and accurate forecasting
Developing and implementing a plan to consistently and aggressively grow revenues YoY
Work closely with Product and Marketing to implement event-driven sales campaigns.
Support sales team members and add strategic value to more complex deals and larger sales opportunities
Develop and implement a plan to successfully sell into other markets
Work with strategic partners to drive revenue.
Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years of financial software sales experience
5+ years of sales management experience as the direct supervisor of quota carrying senior sales executives
3+ years experience selling financial or accounting software into the CFO's office
Excellent communication skills, time management, and project management skills
Award-winning sales leadership skills
