Develop AI Research Capabilities: Bridge the gap between AI and research, design AI foundations, provide feedback, and create a process for generating research materials to train the AI
Improve Research Operations: Set up and manage workflows to ensure high-quality data and excellent customer experience
Oversee Research Projects: Handle all aspects of research projects, expand service offerings, and support sales and revenue growth
Lead and Manage Team: Track and improve company performance, uphold company values, and participate in strategic planning
Requirements:
10+ Years in Market Research: Extensive experience in the insights and market research industry
Expert in End-to-End Research: Skilled in scoping, questionnaire design, analysis, reporting, and storytelling
Enterprise and Agency Experience: Proven success driving research for Enterprise brands in both in-house and agency settings
Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and manage a team of full-service researchers
