A Crypto focused Hedge fund is looking to onboard an experienced Head of Quantitative Trading to oversee their internal trading teams as well as assist in the management of platform traders. This is one of the fastest growing shops in the industry with tier 1 talent and tier 1 earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight and management of intraday quantitative crypto strategies assisting individual traders with trades
• Manage risk on systematic trading positions throughout the larger book and assist with the allocation of capital across core strategies

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience managing quant trading strategies
• Prior Quantitative Trading experience working on Alpha Generation for intraday strategies
• Familiarity with Cryptocurrency
• Hands on programming experience and exposure to trade research
• familiarity with traditional institutions and tradfi
