+Assist and communicate in decision making

Examples:

+If the company opens a new subsidiary, this person will handle preliminary budget, research, find staff

+Generating insights to make recommendations to innovate and improve across all aspects of the business

+Working closely with the President, managing overall company operations across the entities globally

+Work closely with the company legal advisor to execute all legal and contracts, making sure the company is ‘dressed for success’ etc

+Initiate, manage and execute internal and external projects such as brand extension to new markets and sustainability projects

+Implementation of value-driven culture building and the brand with the President

+Serve as liaison with executive and seniors regarding internal and special projects: updates, planning and executions

+Assist the accounting department with human resources tasks with new hires, such as onboarding, contracts etc

+Collaborate to address and resolve any and all employee concerns

+Oversee and manage daily operations in collaboration with the President and other executives

+Help define new operational strategies with the President and other executives on special projects

+Serve as a subject-matter expert

+Highly initiative implementations

+Strengthen the structure of the organization as needed, making sure the company has the right structure for growth

+Lead and optimize growth through strategic business development

+Manage and optimize internal budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, new ideas and business investments

+Handle aspects of Human Resources and operational changes within the organization
