Manage lease administration, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
Supervise project and property managers, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to manage budgets and expenses.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and staff.
Conduct regular site visits and attend key meetings.
Handle financial reporting and budget analysis.
Resolve service issues and client concerns.
Conduct performance reviews and manage staff training.
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate operations for residential and commercial properties.
Knowledge of business processes and lease administration.
Background in accounting, finance, or business.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel within the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area.
