Responsibilities
Overseeing the clearing relationships including review of fees, services, and annual due diligence meetings
Collaborating with Business Management staff on our global Prime Brokerage relationships
Partnering with the client’s finance function to build out a comprehensive control framework
Defining and delivering the global post-trade platform initiative
Managing the specification and prioritization of improvements to the post-trade platform
Participating in the onboarding of new markets and new trading teams, ensuring all operational capabilities are addressed
Managing relationships with third-party vendors and internal service providers and managing service levels as they relate to the Operations function
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
10 years of experience managing a global team
Experience working at a hedge fund or asset management firm preferred
Expertise in operations, including clearing, settlement, and corporate actions
Strong project management and post-trade platform installation experience
Strong financial product knowledge, including key components/controls through trade lifecycle
Experience managing service provision through SLAs Extensive control framework
Experience in multiple asset classes preferred
