Head of Medical Affairs

The Head of Medical Affairs will lead the medical strategy and operations for our cancer treatments, both those on the market and those in development. Based in the US, this role involves managing the lifecycle of ongoing Phase IV studies and working closely with R&D and global medical teams to support trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Strategy: Shape and align US and global medical oncology strategies
• US Medical Affairs: Direct medical strategy and planning for US oncology products, including clinical studies and early access programs.
• Phase IIIb/IV Studies: Oversee US-based studies and collaborations with R&D
• MSL Team Coordination
• Regulatory Compliance
• Medical Information: Build and manage the medical information function and lead investigator-initiated study activities.

Qualifications:

• MD, PharmD, or PhD with 10+ years sponsor experience, including 5+ years in Medical Affairs for solid and blood cancers.
• Extensive knowledge of oncology, health economics, outcomes research, clinical operations, and the MSL role.
• Travel up to 35%.
