We seek a visionary Head of Marketing with a strong background in overall marketing strategy, customer journey mapping, content strategy, copywriting, and marketing automation.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and ambitious implementor who can elevate our brand and drive our marketing initiatives to new heights.

As the company scales, this position will quickly evolve into a key management role, overseeing a growing team of marketing professionals. A primary success metric for this role will be increasing sales conversations through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the entire marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Lead the creation and implementation of content strategies, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels
  • Take charge of the majority of copywriting efforts to produce compelling and persuasive content that resonates with our target audience
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation tools and processes to streamline and enhance marketing efforts
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate closely with the sales department to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives
  • Develop and execute joint marketing-sales strategies aimed at increasing the number of sales calls
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI on marketing investments
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of marketing innovation
  • Maintain and advance the company's position as a marketing thought leader, ensuring all marketing efforts reflect our gold standard of excellence

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a marketing consulting agency or similar environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies, content strategies, and copywriting
  • Experience with SEO, email marketing with advanced segmentation, social media marketing, and outbound marketing
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools and platforms, ideally Hubspot workflows
  • Proficiency in basic website design, preferably WebFlow
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new marketing tools and technologies
  • Strong project management skills, including creating and adhering to deadlines, drafting budgets, and moving multiple projects forward simultaneously
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously
  • Teachable and coachable, willing to learn and adapt on the job
  • Due to our team being located across the world, there will occasionally be calls outside of standard office hours
  • Entrepreneurial experience is a plus
  • Experience in paid advertising is a plus
  • Experience in growth marketing is a plus
