About you
Aura is looking for a mission-driven, creative, and data-driven full-funnel marketing lead. As the first leader in Aura’s marketing team, you will own Aura’s growth marketing and brand identity & messaging.
You are a strong marketing leader who understands various marketing functions, can guide others with a cohesive strategy, and can prioritize the most important levers for unlocking growth. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and execute while continuously refining our strategy.
You are deeply passionate about health & mental wellbeing. You will be the champion of Aura’s brand across all marketing channels, orchestrating messaging at each touchpoint with deep user empathy while representing Aura’s positioning & unique value props.
At Aura, you will:
Own Aura’s growth & marketing KPI’s
Lead & execute creative iterations, CRO, and brand development
Scale Aura’s marketing budget in millions annually
Strategically prioritize Aura’s growth roadmap
Manage external contractors and make hiring decisions to build a world-class team
Requirements
Min. 3 years as a growth marketing leader at a consumer-facing product company (consumer app, DTC, or B2B prosumer) across performance marketing, CRM, and brand messaging. We will consider both young leaders as well as more seasoned but execution-oriented executives for this role.
Expert knowledge of paid social platforms (e.g. Facebook) required; high-level experience with other channels such as search & email preferred
