Company is targeting high-growth and affluent metropolitan areas to build. Revenues are increasing over 100% year-over-year. There are multiple real estate development projects (>$250 million) scheduled for completion in 2024 and 2025, and 20+ projects in the pipeline (2026-2028).
OPPORTUNITY: Join an incredibly talented, passionate, and empowering executive team. As the U.S. Leasing Executive, be responsible for managing and promoting all commercial real estate occupancy and driving lease income with the support of a small, but dedicated team.
Develop tenant engagement strategy targeting corporations, government, and ultra high net worth individuals.
Perform market analysis to predict demand and identify trends, creating marketing plans and assisting with coordination and planning of events.
Manage leasing of commercial space, track and sort lease agreements.
REQUIREMENTS: 15+ years of leasing experience ideally across multiple metropolitan areas. Experience working with ultra high net worth individuals and corporations.
COMPENSATION: Base salary up to $250,000, plus large annual incentives (cash and equity). Opportunity for a large equity position as part of the offer letter.
