Responsible for:
Lead all growth initiatives across the business. Growth is life
Sit at the intersection of marketing and product development and oversee family acquisition, activation, retention, and upsells
Pediatrician channel
Build system to generate leads all the way through to referrals
Deepen pediatrician partnerships to generate sustainable growth
Digital channels
Generate demand, experiment and scale quickly yet, sustainably
Main channels include SEO, SEM and email marketing
Growth management
Deep understanding of KPIs, ROI metrics, driving engagement and conversion strategies
Growth nurturing
Increase LTV, retention and driving a delightful experience for families
Work closely with Product, Clinical Operations, Marketing and our ad agency
Develop a framework for rapid experimentation across channels and campaigns across the full funnel
Drive in-depth marketing analytics to create end-to-end measurement dashboards and drive insights
What success looks like:
Identified and established a repeatable, scalable acquisition strategy
Reduce CAC by x%
Reduce % of leads coming from paid media by x%
Some of the great things you have:
7 - 700 years of experience in community outreach, business development, sales, growth marketing, with 3+ years of experience in a high-growth environment
Deep expertise in acquisition opportunities from owned, earned and paid media, field sales, community and partnerships within health care
Grit, creativity and resourcefulness to get stuff done
Big-picture strategic thinking guided by data-driven insights to help you see around the corner
Proven track record of achieving growth goals with set targets, timelines and budgets
Ability to identify and champion strategies to drive scale and efficiency
Great leadership skills that allow you to build a team from scratch and inspire everyone to pull in the same direction driven by clear, measurable goals
Growth mindset & beginners mind – continuously learning, iterating, and improving; willing to experiment fast and change paths
