As we navigate through rapid growth, we're searching for an experienced Head of Marketing to steer our marketing efforts and scale our reach.


Role Overview:

As the Head of Marketing, you will oversee the execution of our marketing strategy across various channels. You will be responsible for our content marketing calendar and the strategic placement of paid ads on platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter. Your goal will be to drive brand awareness and lead generation, leveraging both creative and analytic approaches to growing awareness and activation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage marketing contractors to ensure high-quality content creation and campaign execution.
  • Develop and monitor strategic marketing KPIs to evaluate and enhance the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
  • Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blogs that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Prepare and control the marketing budget and allocate resources amongst projects.
  • Drive content creation for all platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand’s voice and strategic positioning.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing, ideally within the tech or AI sectors.
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter.
  • Proficiency in managing a content marketing calendar and leading content generation efforts.
  • Experience in setting, monitoring, and driving marketing KPIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors or agencies effectively.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • A strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns, with examples of brand and revenue growth.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products, especially those geared towards improving workplace productivity and efficiency.
  • Background in data analysis, capable of drawing insights from complex marketing data.
