The Role:

They are seeking a visionary Head of Growth to join their leadership team to build and manage the infrastructure, processes, and tools needed to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion for the company's services. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to lead cross-functional teams, develop and execute game-changing strategies, and drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy: Craft and communicate a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy aligned with our business and impact goals, focusing on revenue growth
  • Growth Team Alignment + Operations: Oversee the development of a unified Growth Team strategy to optimize client acquisition and retention, implementing data-driven approaches to measure, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of growth initiatives
  • Key Relationships + Major Deals: Manage key relationships on behalf of the business including key accounts and major deals, leading negotiations, resolving conflicts, and closing high-value sales opportunities
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing global Growth Team encompassing Sales, Business Development, and Marketing
  • Client Insights: Analyze customer feedback and behaviors to refine strategies and identify opportunities for increased client lifetime value
  • Innovation: Experiment with new tactics and technologies to continuously improve growth trajectory and optimize GTM processes
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to fuel growth


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in revenue operations and strategy execution
  • Extensive experience in revenue operations, strategy creation/execution, and leadership roles; global experience highly preferred
  • Previous experience as RO/Head of Sales/Head of Growth of another professional services firm or a marketing/comms/consulting agency highly preferred
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing strategy development
  • Global experience and proficiency in data analytics and financial analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred
