Responsibilities

Act as a crucial link between manufacturing organizations, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop and implement long-term procurement strategies.

Lead and inspire a diverse team of supply chain professionals to optimize performance and achieve our ambitious goals.

Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to navigate regulatory landscapes and drive business growth.

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services essential to our projects.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers to maximize value and innovation.

Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to continually enhance our procurement strategies.

Address and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions, market fluctuations, and global dynamics.

Establish metrics and strategic alliances to ensure uninterrupted access to suppliers and support our expansion objectives.

Requirements

Leadership Experience: Over 12 years in supply chain management or procurement roles, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Industry Knowledge: Minimum 10 years in the solar and/or storage sector, with a proven track record in international relationship building.

Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills; ability to influence stakeholders and present effectively at all levels.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or global supply chain management; Master's degree preferred.

Travel: Up to 25% domestic and international travel required.
