What You'll Do

Strategic Procurement Leadership:

Act as a bridge between manufacturing firms, governmental agencies, and internal stakeholders to craft and implement mid to long-term commercial procurement strategies.

Lead a dynamic team of supply chain professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation both locally and internationally.

Innovation And Strategic Insight

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand the procurement implications of legislative and regulatory changes, driving strategic business advancements.

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of critical materials and services, supporting our multi-gigawatt solar and storage projects in the U.S.

Partnership Development

Cultivate strong partnerships with potential and existing suppliers, ensuring maximum value delivery.

Stay updated on industry developments, emerging market trends, and technological innovations to enhance procurement strategies.

Risk Management And Global Outreach

Identify and navigate physical and political risks, including supply chain disruptions and market fluctuations.

Establish metrics and strategic relationships to secure uninterrupted access to global solar and storage suppliers, supporting our growth objectives.

Must Haves

Leadership Experience: Over 12 years in supply chain and/or procurement leadership roles.

Industry Expertise: More than 10 years in strategic roles within solar and/or storage development, IPP, or EPC sectors.

Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining international relationships within solar and storage procurement.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and provide strategic recommendations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in international business, economics, engineering, or global supply chain management; Master's degree preferred.
