Role Overview:

The Head of Marketing at WOW Vegas will be responsible for crafting and executing a robust marketing strategy to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will possess a strong digital marketing background, an analytical mindset, and extensive experience in the iGaming industry, with a focus on CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and ROI (Return on Investment).


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with WOW Vegas's business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across various marketing channels.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Lead and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Continuously improve CPA and maximise ROI through data-driven decisions.


Analytical Focus:

  • Utilise advanced analytics tools to monitor and assess marketing performance.
  • Extract actionable insights from data to refine and enhance marketing strategies.


Budget Oversight:

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient strategies.
  • Regularly report on financial performance and adjust strategies to achieve financial goals.


Industry Expertise:

  • Apply deep knowledge of the iGaming industry to design impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.


Collaborative Partnerships:

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to expand marketing reach.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong digital marketing background with a focus on CPA and ROI optimisation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage marketing teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
