Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Head of Customer Success to lead our customer success initiatives. This pivotal role involves developing strategies to maximize our customer’s success and outlining playbooks for the entire post-sales customer journey from implementation through renewal. This position is crucial for guiding the company through a significant growth phase, with the goal of creating infrastructure for scale.
The ideal candidate will have some smaller-company experience where they have had to roll up their sleeves, while also having a track record of contributing successfully to a company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Value Delivery: Continuously drive value for clients by understanding and serving their needs.
- Advocacy and Insights: As the primary point of contact with clients, you’ll be in the strongest position to champion client interests and feed strategic insights back to the company.
- Infrastructure for Scale: Develop and implement operational excellence across processes and playbooks for quarterly business reviews (QBRs), contract renewals, expansion opportunities, and review of key business metrics.

- Highly motivated individual with strong desire to win
- Natural born problem solver with ability to operate in a fast-changing growth environment and juggle multiple initiatives at once
- Committed to continual learning and improvement
- Polished written and verbal communication skills in English language, with the confidence to interface with enterprise-level stakeholders
- Comfortable understanding technical concepts, with attention to detail
