About The Role

The Head of Creative Services & Product Marketing will be responsible for owning the publishing creative and product marketing strategy across the games portfolio. For creative services, this entails creative production strategy, in house and external vendor selection and relationships, with 10-15 years of experience managing creative service teams on top grossing games sitting across multiple game genres. This role will need to stay at the forefront of emerging AI tools, platform, ad partners and competitor landscape to lead in the industry. Further, this role will be responsible for conversion optimization across all games with deep experience of ad, store and landing page testing.

This role is also responsible for building out a product marketing strategy across the portfolio of games, bringing games to market and managing post launch. The right candidate will have experience managing product marketing on top grossing mobile games across multiple genres. Product marketing experience should include deep partnership with creative services. Additionally, this role will be responsible for all materials and content strategy presented to mobile platforms.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Establish best in class creative pipeline for ads
  • Own and further build out conversion optimization program
  • Partner with ad and mobile platforms to ensure cutting edge creative
  • Provide and measure major efficiencies in the UA funnel
  • Work with game teams, BD and other cross functional stakeholders for game releases
  • Build out product marketing discipline


What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • Deep experience running creative service teams for top grossing mobile games
  • Deep experience working across multiple genres
  • Proven track record of break out creative on various ad platforms
  • Proven track record of providing substantial conversion optimization lifts across multiple mobile game genres
  • Deep experience managing global teams and vendors
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • 10-15 years of experience in investments or market intelligence in the gaming space
