As the Head of Corporate Practice, you'll be instrumental in spearheading initiatives and providing support to teams to attain client objectives. The perfect candidate possesses exceptional organizational abilities, along with critical and inventive thinking prowess, capable of surmounting challenges while propelling the business toward success.

The Position:

• Implementing communication strategies that correspond with client goals and yielding tangible outcomes.
• Creating and implementing internal communication strategies.
• Identifying organizational challenges and opportunities.
• Guiding and inspiring team members towards professional advancement and fostering a conducive environment for success.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 15+ years of experience leading corporate clients in an agency setting
• Demonstrated success in handling multiple accounts and collaborating with C-level executives.
• A driven individual with demonstrated leadership abilities and a knack for cultivating new business.
• Capable of taking proactive measures and actively engaging in all aspects of planning and logistics.

Position Title: Head of Corporate Practice

Location: New York or Boston

Workplace Type: Hybrid

Salary Range: $325,000-$390,000
