Role Overview
As Head of Business Development, you will drive new business across North America to help brands amplify their presence through relevant content & culture. You'll work closely with a Head of Operations/Executive Producer and a roster of creatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business and brand partnership strategies.
- Forge and nurture high-calibre client relationships, particularly with C-level marketers.
- Lead the response to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring our solutions are at the forefront of innovation.
- Develop and implement new business partnerships, proposals, and processes in collaboration with key leadership.
- Design and deliver compelling capabilities presentations and marketing materials.
- Champion Mad Ruk at executive speaking engagements and industry events.
- Proven success in business development and brand partnerships within the advertising or content production industry.
- A solid track record of growing multi-million dollar accounts annually.
- At least 8 years of agency experience, with a preference for 5+ years in business development, account director, and/or agency leadership roles.
