From the outset, we have placed our trust and belief in growing powerful relationships with a network of retail partners to help us spread our brand message, and bring our products and stories to consumers in NA. As we accelerate our omnichannel strategy, we are seeking a dynamic, commercial, and creative Head of Brand Experience to build and lead our NA team. This role will be instrumental in elevating the On brand through compelling experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sports and lifestyle, a deep understanding of retail, multi-channel, events, and visual merchandising, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that engage and inspire our communities through innovative physical experiences.

Your mission

  • Provide strong leadership to the Brand Experience team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment devised to deliver excellence.
  • Partner with the B2B KA Marketing leads and cross-functional commercial counterparts to craft omnichannel brand experience strategies and executions.
  • In partnership with the Global Brand Experience and DTC team, lead the rollout of retail and community experiences across the North American market.
  • Drive global, regional, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all physical brand touchpoints.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of On's aesthetics, upholding our brand's visual language and standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to continually innovate our strategies for all sub-functions within your team.
  • Drive the evolution of On Events in NA by creating premium, world-class experiences and inspiring our communities to connect with the brand.
  • Allocation and management of the budget, ensuring that it aligns with business priorities and tracking the ROI.
  • Leading and monitoring the execution of the Brand Experience strategy across the subfunctions, tracking critical brand and business KPIs.

Your story

  • You have at least 8 - 10 years of experience in brand experience, commercial, retail, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies and projects.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the North American market, the consumers, and omnichannel retail and experiences.
  • Your leadership skills have been honed through previous management roles, and you have a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • With your strategic mindset, you excel in creating environments that captivate visitors and drive engagement.
  • You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics, understanding how to align them with the On brand identity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills allow you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and driving innovation.
  • Your continued growth and thirst for knowledge of retail trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies enable you to stay ahead of the curve.
