Working alongside the leadership team, this role will focus on developing the studio, expanding the portfolio of projects, and mentoring a team of talented designers. Offering a salary in the region of $130,000 – $170,000 plus benefits and collaborative company culture.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and establish client relationships, supporting with business development efforts and project pursuits
• Support with the delivery of presentations, pitches, and attend conferences/events
• Project management and quality control across all phases of projects, alongside PMs and architectural staff
• Team leadership and mentoring
• Assist In the design and development of aviation projects across the West Coast.

Required Skills & Experience

• Licenced Architect in the State of California
• NAAB accredited degree in Architecture
• 15+ years of industry experience, with 10+ years in aviation
• Revit proficiency is highly desirable
• Prior experience with business development, client relations, and team mentoring.
