Position Overview:

We are looking for charismatic and connected students from universities across the country to lead Playhard's marketing initiatives on their campuses. As a Head Marketing Intern, you will be the primary representative of our brand at your university, driving brand awareness and sales through your personal and professional networks. This role offers a significant opportunity to impact our growth while developing your leadership and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the sole Head Marketing Intern for Playhard at your university:

• Repost and promote Playhard's Instagram posts during product drops.
• Utilize an exclusive promotional code to offer discounts to your network and earn a 10% commission on sales generated through your code.
• Recruit and manage a team of Playhard Ambassadors within your fraternity, sorority, peers, and/or network, driving brand engagement and sales.
• Earn an additional 5% commission on all sales generated by your team of ambassadors.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in college, ideally as a freshman, sophomore, or junior.
• Possesses a large personal network and demonstrates strong social media engagement.
• Membership in a fraternity or sorority is not required but can be beneficial.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to organize and motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in marketing and fashion.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
