The Athletics Division of Felician University is currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced professional to serve as the Head Coach for Strength and Conditioning. The Head Coach is responsible to design and supervise weight training and strength and conditioning programs for all intercollegiate athletic teams, assist in the maintenance and supervision of the campus fitness center, teach strength and conditioning classes as needed, establish a strong working relationship with the coaching staff, plan and schedule a regular program of weight training and conditioning practice in coordination with the coaching staff of each sport, maintain necessary attendance forms, work out schedules, and progress charts for each student-athlete, enforce discipline and professional behavior at all times when working with the student-athletes and collaborate with the Sports Medicine staff in the rehabilitation and strengthening of injured student-athletes.

Qualifications
Two (2) years of related experience, National Strength and Conditioning Association and Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association certification; 1-2 years experience working with collegiate student-athletes in the area of weight training and fitness; strong working knowledge and ability to teach the skills in analysis and techniques of weight lifting; superior motivational and disciplinary abilities; ability and willingness to support and promote the Franciscan Felician mission and values of the University.
