Qualifications:

• Must be located in Nashville, TN or surrounding area
• Must be able to travel to multiple locations throughout the city
• Must be able to pass Federal, State and Local background checks
• Must be a highly organized self-starter with a team mentality
• Must have high-level professional communication skills
• Must have experience working in the fitness industry, either as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor
• Possess a passion for working with students ages k-12
• Have the desire, patience and temperament to work with local businesses, non-profit organizations, fellow peers, and parents and youth
• Be able to effectively work in a fast-paced and ever evolving [startup] work environment
• Have the ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time

Roles + Responsibilities:

• Lead health and wellness programming for students, including organized group fitness and coach-guided group discussions
• Manage groups of up to 30 students, ages k-12, alongside a bKYND Assistant Coach
• Manage transportation of all necessary programming material(s) to and from varying locations
• Set up, breakdown, maintain, clean and potentially store any and all applicable programming material(s) used
• Complete all required Head Coach trainings and courses
• Assist in the development and training of bKYND Assistant Coaches

Compensation:

• $45 per 1 hour class when working in the capacity of Head Coach
• $15 per hour for events and additional responsibilities
• $500 stipend for professional development with additional 6 month commitment
• Travel compensation program
