Head Chef Responsibilities Include

• Training and development of kitchen staff.
• Maintain food safety/sanitation standards.
• Ensuring recipes are made to the highest standard.

Head Chef Qualifications Include

• Positive career tenure.
• 4 plus years of experience in a similar role.
• Full-Service, high-volume Restaurant experience required.
• Proficient in Health and Safety - HACCP Knowledge is a must.
• Understanding of budget management/financials.
