We are seeking a talented Handbag and Accessories Designer to create commercially viable product designs for our Accessories categories. The ideal candidate will deliver brand-right designs that align with our overall concept and business strategy, encompassing style, color/print, fit, and fabric for new and existing product lines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
5+ years of design experience in a comparable retail environment.
Exceptional talent with a commercial fashion eye and attention to detail in product styling/performance.
Proven ability to create original design sketches and successful product lines.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Team-oriented approach with a customer service philosophy.
Champion for change, reacting with speed and agility.
Highly motivated, passionate, and results-oriented.
Displays flexibility and is a creative problem solver.
Moderate domestic and minimal international travel may be required.
Key Skills
Expert in sketching using Adobe Illustrator.
Proficient in creating detailed full-scale tech packs in Illustrator.
In-depth knowledge of handbag construction.

Key Responsibilities
Develop brand-right, commercial designs reflecting the conceptual direction and business strategy.
Focus on style, functionality, and material execution in product development.
Deliver product designs with flawless execution, speed, agility, and acute attention to detail.
Create design sketches/prototypes and provide detailed specifications.
Adapt designs based on feedback for finalization.
Confidently present designs to internal teams and cross-functional partners, discussing key trends and market awareness.
Implement processes to anticipate and exceed customer expectations.
Conduct competitor research/trend analysis and recommend resources for new ideas.
Collaborate with Merchandising and Product Development teams, maintaining effective relationships.
Anticipate and solve potential issues, providing conflict resolution.
Manage, inspire, and develop junior design talent.
Identify opportunities for greater efficiency and speed in delivery.
Ensure deliverables meet budget and time commitments without compromising design excellence.
