Play a key role in the foundation of our exceptionally exciting H2OK project. The H2 Oklahoma Plant Manager will provide direction and leadership that ensures the H2OK facility starts up and operates in line with safety, reliability, quality, cost, & productivity objectives.
Skills And Experience
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for plant operations such as Process Safety Management (PSM), OSHA, EPA and applicable state requirement.
Strong track record building teams that foster respect, trust, care, and humbleness
Greater than 10 years industry experience in operations and maintenance supervisory roles
Experience supervising technical, supervisory and contractor personnel
Proven technical and working knowledge of liquification facility equipment and processes
Prior major capital project experience with an understanding of Operational Readiness (OR) deliverables execution and experience as an Operations member of an OR team
Previous experience in implementation of integrity, maintenance, and reliability programs
Previous knowledge of hydrogen process facilities highly desirable
Degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering (or equivalent) not required but desirable
This position will initially be based in Houston, Texas supporting project execution phase, transitioning to a permanent location in Ardmore, Oklahoma for plant operation phase.
