Pay Rate: $18.10 - $21.29/hour*

The Guest Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by greeting fans, scanning tickets throughout the stadium, assisting guests to their seats, posting at such areas as the elevators, passgates, stairwell, escalators & suite level areas. GRS’s will also provide directions to the stadium’s concessions, seating areas, souvenir locations and other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Greet guests attending all stadium events
Input/scan all tickets or vouchers
Assist guests in seat locations, resolving customer service concerns and provide general information
Perform pre-game, in-game and post-game duties
Provide assistance to guests with special needs
Maintain a visible presence and monitor assigned sections
Guide guests to exits or provide other assistance/instructions in case of an emergency
Monitor alcoholic beverage activities, recognizing and reporting illegal and improper behavior and reporting it according to policy and procedure
Work collaboratively with all staff and stadium partners
Assist in with crowd management efforts
Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or the equivalent
Customer service experience preferred
Must be able to be provide courteous, polite and respectful service to all guests
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with guests and fellow employees
Ability to adhere to department standards pertaining to attendance, performance and conduct
Ability to walk, climb stairs and stand for extended periods of time
Able to work evenings, holidays and weekends as needed
Bilingual skill is preferred
