Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Manager at Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Harbor Mt. Pleasant. The Guest Services Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front desk and ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing the check-in/check-out process, resolving guest issues and complaints, supervising front desk staff, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with receptionist duties
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
