We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with strong multi-tasking skills and a passion for working with people. As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating lasting positive memories by leading the Guest Service team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for the guest service procedures of the hotel and ensure that front desk operations are handled consistently, accurately and efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing
- Training the guest service team to deliver exemplary guest service.
- Supporting and training teammates on guest service procedures, financial control procedures and the telephone shop call program.
- Assisting with the recruitment and selection process for Guest Service teammates.
- Coordinating work schedules to ensure efficient operations and minimal guest disruption.
- Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
