NOHO HOSPITALITY GROUP is in search of Guest Relations Agents to join our Guest Relations Team!
Essential Job Functions:
Flexibility is a must.
Two years of hosting experience.
Ensure that everyone who calls to make a reservation is made to feel absolutely WELCOME.
Be an ambassador of hospitality for all services.
Foster and maintain positive guest relations at all times and resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Operate Sevenrooms, Resy & OpenTable reservation system to ensure all information entered is accurate, complete and has been approved by management.
Take, record and confirm restaurant reservations/cancellations in accordance with departmental standards.
Must be able to work weekends.
Interest in food & dining culture is a plus.
