Description:

Shipium is looking for a tech-forward GTM operations owner who can build and drive processes, tools, and results. This position is the force amplifier our team immediately needs. You will empower the Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams by building new processes with new tools. You have an incredible passion for building core processes using the latest technologies, trends, and strategies. As an operator, you know how to manage people to drive metrics that matter, but as a technologist, you are on the forefront of best practices for analytics, data, and systems across the entire funnel. You also have a passion for sales and growing a business as the key outcome of all the work is sales growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Implement and manage our CRM system, Salesforce, to ensure efficient data capture and reporting as well as to ensure user adoption
  • Design and implement a modern GTM technology stack for MQL/SQL conversion, lead generation, and all outbound activity coordination and execution
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, processes, and workflows to maximize sales rep productivity; generate sales dashboards and reports to visualize individual and team efforts
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and generate actionable insights
  • Manage lead generation and qualification process to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads; manage the sales pipeline and forecasting process
  • Support the sales team with basic prospecting, lead qualification, and other top-of-funnel responsibilities, as required. Coordinate and maintain sales collateral and other enablement materials such as presentations, proposals, and other product-specific information to be leveraged by the sales team
  • Partner with the marketing team to create new collateral based on customer needs, changing market conditions, and/or for specific pitches, as needed, based on the type of customer
  • Manage internal stakeholders and include appropriate teams such as Product, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering throughout the sales cycle to ensure alignment
  • Identify and implement new sales technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and leverage our current technologies and tools to automate and streamline processes, where possible
  • Support sales team members with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, customer reminders, processing contracts, updating contact information, and brokering internal relationships, when needed
  • Assist with sales analysis and with incoming sales team onboarding


Experience:

Bachelor’s degree, and 10 years related experience in a SaaS or technical sales operations role and/or a sales enablement role in a tech startup; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibility.
