Our client, a start-up software company delivering revolutionary AI transformation across healthcare organizations, is looking for a Sr. Growth Marketer to join their team! This person will bridge the gap between their revolutionary AI solutions and the healthcare providers who need it most, crafting and executing performance based marketing strategies that drive measurable results. This role will center on designing and implementing growth strategies that effectively communicate their solutions to the healthcare industry. This will result in pipeline growth and exceeding revenue targets. This person will be a crucial role in overall success, driving demand, building brand awareness, and ultimately contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in technology or healthcare sectors
• Experience testing and optimizing campaigns - data focused and very hands on in the tools
• Demonstrated success in utilizing data analytics to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
• Ability to craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities
• Experience in integrating digital marketing strategies with field activities for amplified impact
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector (especially around technology solutions for RCM) = A MAJOR PLUS!!
