In the last 50 years, home sizes in the US have nearly doubled, yet housing supply is growing at half the pace that it was 50 years ago. This has caused housing prices and rent to skyrocket. At the same time, isolation is now considered America’s most significant health risk.
CoLife aims to solve both of these by making coliving safe, easy, and affordable. We match homeowners with live-in renters based on mutual values and interests. CoLife enables homeowners to offer renters a home on average 50-60% lower than the market rate, and helps solve isolation by bringing people together.
CoLife has recently closed its pre-seed round and joined a SF based venture studio founded by an ex-Sequoia partner who has invested in six unicorns and is led by one of the founders of one of those unicorns.
Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, the Growth Marketer will play a key role in developing and executing the marketing strategy, including identifying new opportunities for growth, analyzing data to optimize campaigns, and developing creative content. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of scaling customer acquisition through various channels and a passion for experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning. The Growth Marketer at CoLife will have the autonomy to run organic and paid campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Success in this position looks like consistently increasing customer acquisition and retention, optimizing campaigns, and improving key metrics such as user reach and return on investment. This role is critical to the company's growth, as the Growth Marketer will work closely with the VP of Operations to develop and execute the marketing strategy, identify new opportunities for growth, and drive revenue.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
Design and implement both organic and paid campaigns across various channels
Analyze data and key metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
Identify new opportunities for growth and experiment with new channels and tactics
Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience
Foster a data-driven culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
About You
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a growth marketing role, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Experience designing and executing successful paid campaigns across various channels
Proven experience in an early-stage startup, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid growth
