Bird Buddy is growing rapidly in the US and increasing its team from 50 to 70 members. We’re looking for an experienced growth manager for the US consumer market and connected hardware. This role will accelerate our growth throughout experimentation and innovation on customer-centric growth loops. This is an opportunity to lead strategic initiatives that will position Bird Buddy as the leading brand for connecting with nature at home.


Key responsibilities

  • Lead strategic growth initiatives and execute personalized cross-channel campaigns to drive product-led and content-led growth.
  • Set success measures, key metrics, and objectives for experiments; oversee reporting and optimization.
  • Apply growth and optimization best practices, such as A/B testing, with the data team to improve conversion funnels.
  • Partner with Product and User Experience teams to understand initiative performance and optimize the user journey.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with growth efforts in the US market, with extensive knowledge of product-led and content-led growth.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or in a Business Development role.
  • Understanding of the DTC e-commerce business model, including hardware and software subscription models.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives including senior-level stakeholders.
  • Living in New York, US or willing to relocate.
