Position Overview: As a Remote Group Travel Customer Service Representative, you'll be crucial in ensuring our group travelers have seamless journeys and unforgettable experiences. You'll be able to provide exceptional customer service, help with booking group travel arrangements, manage travel itineraries, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and personable assistance to group travelers via multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Assist customers in booking group travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to group preferences
  • Proactively identify and resolve travel-related challenges to minimize disruptions
  • Foster transparent and effective communication with group leaders, travel coordinators, and suppliers
  • Assist travelers in securing necessary visas, permits, and travel documents
  • Stay abreast of travel trends and destination insights to provide valuable recommendations
  • Verify the accuracy of bookings and travel documents, maintaining meticulous records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance the success of group travel programs

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, with a background in the travel industry advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Genuine passion for travel and commitment to creating unforgettable experiences
  • Available in USA, Bahamas, Argentina, Australia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Peru
