Inadditiontohelpingwithincominginquiriesaboutgroup-related reservations and requests, the Group Travel Coordinator isinchargeofpresentingpackagealternativesandclosingdeals. The Coordinator needs to be able to anticipatebookingdemands,increaseclientengagement,explainproductexpertise,andupsellusingtheir understanding ofthemarket.

Thegrouptravelcoordinatormustbecheerfulandpersonable,possessoutstandingcustomerserviceabilities, establishaprofessionalrapportwithallclients,includingtravelpartners,beabletohandlefinancialcontracts,andmeetpredeterminedobjectives.

Requirements:

• Providegroupquotestocustomers in a timely manner
• Fulfillallresponsibilitiesrelatedtolargenumbersofarrivinggroups,individualreservations,and requestsforspecificproducts
• Answerscallsfromguestsandtravelpartnersaboutgroups
• Helpcustomerswithinquiriesontheresort,features,groupmenus,eventspace,etc
• Followupongroupquotesbysendingcustomersaproposal
  
  

Qualifications:

• Excellentlistening,writing,andspeakingabilities strongabilitytofollowup
• Excellentlisteningabilities Capacitytoeffectivelyqualifyinquiries
• Strongcomputerskillsandtheabilitytooperateina remoteatmospherearerequired
