Asana is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the team responsible for Asana on mobile. This leader would oversee the product teams building the infrastructure, core experience, and driving growth of our iOS and Android mobile apps. In addition, they would be the driving force coordinating across R&D and our business teams to inspire and increase Enterprise customer adoption of mobile.
This role is perfect for a product leader who has a player-coach mindset and a strong background in driving 0 to 1 innovation while iteratively improving existing product capabilities. We are looking for someone who has a heart for the customer, a penchant for data, and sharp business acumen. Someone who can learn fast, understand which details matter, innovate and iterate, and guide their team to craft high-quality experiences. Above all, you must be a passionate people leader and have rich experiences in managing and developing PMs at all levels of seniority.
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What You’ll Achieve
Build, mentor, and lead a world-class team of Product Managers and cross functional teammates
Establish the product vision, strategy, metrics, and goals for the mobile product teams
Define and deliver compelling product roadmaps based on customer needs and strategic opportunities
Build alignment across product teams and cross-functional leaders through clear communication and strategic influence
Partner with functions across the company (Engineering and Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to execute on a winning plan
Connect the dots across experiences and teams to create a cohesive experience that is rooted in solving customer problems
Implement best in class product development and management practices
Communicate concisely and influence outcomes
About You
7+ years of product management experience, managing software products from inception through launch and iteration
3+ years experience building, mentoring, and leading a world-class team of Product Managers to deliver business results
Experience leading successful outcomes of product areas at different levels of maturity (e.g., 0 to 1, pre product-market-fit, hypergrowth, scale)
Penchant for data, strong product intuition, business savvy, experience with experimentation and a learning mindset
Experience building mobile applications at scale is preferred
Experience in building and growing B2B SaaS serving Enterprise customers is a plus

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $258,000- $403,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
