About The Role:

Our vision is to build a comprehensive wellness solution for every modern family, addressing a wide range of needs across the spectrum of wellness supported by a combination of human and AI assistants. To help bring this to market, we are looking for a senior-level product leader to take full responsibility for the creation, delivery and ongoing improvement of our Data Platform. This leader will be a key driver of the planning, strategy, and execution of our data platform, including but not limited to: data ingestion, data pipeline, data clearing, data governance, and data privacy and security. Working in close partnership with executive leadership, design, engineering and strategy, this person will rely on creativity, innovation and step-change thinking to inspire and guide engineering teams and TPMs, as well as collaborate cross-functionally throughout the full product lifecycle.


The Data Platform Product Manager is a key role at PanasonicWell that leverages data to drive business decisions. This individual will be responsible for owning the strategy and roadmap for the company's data platform, the foundation for all data-driven initiatives.


You’ll be expected to utilize your full range of skills across people management, product lifecycle, user empathy and understanding, and the art of the possible in a rapidly evolving Generative AI ecosystem to make recommendations, decisions and ultimately deliver exceptional products. You’re passionate about the details, and bring stellar product instincts, and an analytical mindset to truly think through end-to-end experiences. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves, and working independently under tight deadlines or in close partnership across the leadership team and key functions to drive towards a coherent and delightful product experience. This role is a good fit for someone who is adept at navigating ambiguity and can drive business impact from day one.


What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments (business, data science, engineering, business intelligence) to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Define the strategic direction for the data platform, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals.
  • Partner with our Data/AI engineering teams to prioritize our technical contributions to align with product needs and opportunities, while ensuring we are adapting best possible technologies and practices Drive product development.
  • Develop and manage the data platform roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on user needs and business impact.
  • Advocate for data governance and quality standards within the platform.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the data platform.
  • Track industry trends and identify opportunities to improve the platform's capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences about the data platform's value proposition.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent technical experience); MBA or Master's Degree a plus
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on consumer experiences.
  • Track record of execution and launch of successful products and platforms with a heavy focus on Data and AI.
  • Experience using data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to lead and influence others to achieve common goals.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, data architecture, and data governance principles.
  • Experience in working with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust knowledge of AI & ML methodologies and trends preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.

This position may be eligible for participation in our employee bonus program. Grade level and salary ranges are determined primarily through the scope and complexity of the role along with a review of the applicant’s experience

and skills, as well as alignment with geographic market data and equity with other team members.
