THE ROLE
We are looking for individuals who can:
Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, surfacing and driving our roadmap to capitalize on opportunities with urgency
Quickly absorb and synthesize new technologies ensuring the product strategy and roadmap are oriented correctly
Influence stakeholders and keep them aligned and informed
Demonstrate they've been a go-to person regularly called on by leadership and to represent their organizations externally

What You'll Be Working On
Product Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the Minds product strategy, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with our company vision and customer needs.
Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders.
User Research: Conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs and pain points, and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor landscape, and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Cross-functional Leadership: Build influence across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
Requirements/Qualifications
YOU WILL HAVE:
7+ years of product management experience: Proven track record of successfully launching multiple products from concept to market.
Experience with AI/ML products: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in real-world scenarios.
Technical background: Experience working with cloud infrastructure and database technologies is a plus.
Entrepreneurial spirit: Passionate about building new products and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Prior experience working on Open Source-based products
MBA or advanced degree
