Prepare quality products while maintaining proper food safety practices, portion control and presentation within service goal times.

Follow established restaurant practices and procedures
Perform primary and secondary position responsibilities timely and accurately
Perform any other miscellaneous job duties as assigned
Qualifications
Demonstrate basic knowledge of units of measurement
Knife Skills
Ability to read and follow recipes
Grill cookery experience
Able to work in an open kitchen
Ability to communicate in a calm and respectful manner in high volume open kitchen environment
Physical Requirements
Stands for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more hours without sitting
Walks fast paced during shifts. Bends, reaches and stoops
