SUMMARY: As a member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for bringing initiatives and concepts to life across multiple platforms. This is a very dynamic position that offers the opportunity to not only develop unique and memorable concepts but also follow them through to completion in all collateral materials. You will be expected to employ a level of creativity such that assets are on-brand and consumer-motivating. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.

  • Develop inspiring and strategic layouts for print and digital marketing collateral.
  • Carry out graphic design tasks from ideation to production.
  • Be reliable, resourceful, and a team player.
  • Take creative input and direction.
  • Prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for assigned projects.
  • Ability to work with outside marketing partners (e.g., agencies, media buyers, print production vendors, etc.).
  • Work with other graphic designers to implement programs.
  • Develop and work with both internal and external content providers.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: The Graphic Designer must be a strong team player and possess solid creative and communication skills.

  • A portfolio link must be included on your resume or you will not be considered for the position.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Degree in Graphic Design / Design Communications. Minimum of two years of graphic design experience. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects. Knowledge of HTML, UX, web production, project management, and other marketing-related content management tools preferred.

The approximate pay rate for this position is $63,000 - $70,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
