About The OneTwo.
We are an emerging, venture-backed, D2C lingerie brand. Our mission is millions of happy breasts and a happier planet. We make the beautiful and comfortable bras, delivering a great fit through a world-leading online fit algorithm. We lead the industry in sustainable practices and for every bra purchased, we give two pairs of underwear to women fleeing violence.
Traditional bra companies only test bra sizes on a 32B model before production. We were shocked by this and have instead fitted hundreds of diverse women’s bodies.
Our materials are all sustainable and high-performance, with our hero material being a byproduct of cotton that feels super soft and similar to silk.

Designing visually stunning and effective email marketing templates and campaigns.
Creating and editing captivating graphics, images, and layouts for The OneTwo website to boost user experience and engagement.
Developing eye-popping digital ads for various platforms, including social media, display networks, and search engines.
Collaborating with the marketing team to nail down project requirements, target audience insights, and brand guidelines.
Ensuring all designs are aligned with The OneTwo’s brand identity and messaging.
Keeping up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our visuals fresh and innovative.
Juggling multiple projects simultaneously, hitting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Providing design magic for other marketing materials as needed.

More About You
We’re on the lookout for high performers who:
Have a beautiful portfolio, love our brand identity and would be excited to evolve it with us.
Experience as a graphic designer, especially in email marketing, web design and digital advertising are advantageous.
Are masters of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Possess a rock-solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Can rock both independent and collaborative work in a remote team setup.
Have strong communication skills and can wow us with your design concepts.
Are detail-obsessed with a passion for delivering top-notch work.
Have strong time management skills and can handle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
Bonus points if you have experience with Shopify and Klaviyo!
