Role Description
Sweet Rain Apparel is hiring a Graphic Designer for our label: Pretty Damage
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing graphics, including logos and branding elements. This position is also responsible for developing visual content for print and digital mediums. They will assist with typography and layout design. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and engaging designs for our apparel and marketing materials.
Responsibilities
Create visual concepts for all digital assets, such as website, social media, emails, and ads
Assist Head Designer by providing graphic design ideas and iterations for apparel
Create visual designs that conveys our brand aesthetic and that brings engagement to our target audience
Present design concept and ideas to Head Designer and execute to final designs with feedback
Experience in logo design, branding and motion graphics
Assist in creating a visual story for our social media pages and websites
Occasionally design print materials including packaging, stickers, posters, etc.
Knowledge of current design trends such as photography, fashion and social media
Qualifications
Graphics, Graphic Design, and Typography skills
Experience in logo design, branding and motion graphics
3-5 years of experience in graphic design, specifically with a focus on social media
Knowledge of current design trends, typography, color theory and strong layout skills
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, & Indesign
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of apparel design is a plus
Experience in UX/UI design is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design or related field is preferred
